Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YelloTalent platform provided by Yellomind ("we", "us", or "our"), including browsing open positions, submitting job applications, building a resume, and — where applicable — managing your profile as a candidate, employee, consultant, or trainer. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using YelloTalent, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit — including your CV, work history, and certifications — and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Applications and Candidate Content
By submitting an application, uploading a CV, or completing your candidate profile, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. You grant us the right to use this information solely for recruitment and, where applicable, employment purposes.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by submitting false or misleading application information, attempting to gain unauthorized access to other candidates' or employees' data, distributing malicious code, or engaging in any activity that disrupts or harms the service or other users.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the platform, including its design, features, the TALENT assessment model, and underlying technology, remain the property of Yellomind. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict availability for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
7. No Guarantee of Employment
Submitting an application or using the resume builder does not guarantee an interview, offer, or employment with Yellomind. Hiring decisions are made at our sole discretion based on business needs and candidate fit.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yellomind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the platform or other users.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
