• Master's degree in Public Policy, Business Strategy, Digital Innovation, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in digital strategy consulting, government advisory, or innovation leadership.
• Deep knowledge of e-government frameworks (UN EGDI, Gartner, McKinsey digital maturity) and Vision 2030 priorities.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, structured communication, and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
