• Lead PMO establishment and transformation engagements, designing portfolio governance frameworks, reporting structures, and project control mechanisms.
• Conduct P3M3 maturity assessments and develop targeted improvement roadmaps for client PMO functions.
• Advise on programme and portfolio management standards, benefits realisation frameworks, and resource capacity models.
• Oversee the implementation of PPM tools (Planview, Microsoft Project Online, Primavera) and associated governance processes.
• Act as PMO lead on large transformation programmes, managing dependencies, risks, and executive reporting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in PMO consulting, programme management, or portfolio governance roles.
• PMP and/or P3M3 Assessor certification required; MSP or MoP is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience implementing PMO functions and PPM tools in large organisations.
• Strong executive stakeholder management skills and ability to lead multi-workstream programmes.
